We collect various personal information regarding you and your company. This includes the following:
Information you provide in contracts, orders and recurring payment forms, specifically email address, first name, last name, mobile phone number, billing address and credit card account number, expiration date and security code.

Emails and other communications that you send us as part of our normal business relationship.
Information you share with us in connection with surveys or testimonials you may provide.
Information from your use and your customers’ use of the Applications or Services we provide. Information we get from 3rd parties to support our technology platforms and marketing initiatives, improve our Applications or Services and better monitor, manage and measure digital advertising campaigns, such as details about when our partner shows you one of our ads on or via its advertising platform.

Advertising. Analyze your interactions with our Applications or Services and third parties’ online applications or services so we can tailor our advertising to display to you that which we think will interest you.
Customize the Applications or Services. Provide you with customized applications or services. For example, we may use your location information to determine either your language preferences and/or the closest server to display content to you, or display accurate date and time information. We also use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.
Improve our Applications or Services. Analyze and learn about how the Applications or Services are accessed and used, evaluate and improve our Applications or Services (including by developing new products, applications or services and managing our communications) and monitor and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Security. Ensure the security and integrity of our Applications or Services, for example two-factor authentication using your mobile phone number to receive security codes via text messaging.
Third party Relationships. Manage our vendor and partner relationships and where appropriate, share information with our vendors and partners to deliver the Applications or Services.
Enforcement. Enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Protection. Protect our and others’ interests, rights and property.
Complying with the Law. Comply with applicable legal requirements, such as tax and other government regulations and industry standards, contracts and law enforcement requests.

Performance of a Contract. We need your personal information to provide you with applications or services and products requested by you, or to respond to your inquiries.

Please note that, for technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting your personal information from our systems when you ask us to delete it. We also will retain personal information in order to comply with the law, protect our and others’ rights, resolve disputes or enforce our legal terms or policies, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Additionally, if we rely on consent for the processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. When you do so, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent withdrawal.

While no service is completely secure, we maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing of, the personal information in our possession. We employ security measures such as using firewalls to protect against intruders, building redundancies throughout our network (so that if one server goes down, another can quickly be brought online to cover for it).
We retain personal information regarding you or your use of the Applications or Services for as long as needed to provide you with the Applications or Services. We also retain personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, for example, to comply with our legal obligations, to protect us in the event of disputes and to enforce our agreements and to protect our and others’ interests.

a. eCommerce Websites / End User Payment Information
Your End Users’ payment information may be processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors with which we/you integrate with your website, in accordance with such eCommerce Payment Processors’ terms and policies. We transmit your End Users’ complete payment information when they initially provide or update it only so that we can pass it along to the eCommerce Payment Processors you agree to use. We don’t collect or store your End Users’ payment information.
We’ll update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, our business operations or any other reason we determine is necessary or appropriate. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Privacy Policy and post it here. If we make material changes to it or the ways we process personal information, we’ll notify you (by, for example, prominently posting a notice of the changes in our application or on our website before they take effect or directly sending you a notification).

Crazy Good Digital’s policy is to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Applications or Services. In accordance with applicable law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998), Crazy Good Digital may, under appropriate circumstances, terminate its contractual relationship “with cause” when faced with repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any contract for actual or apparent copyright infringement.
Submitting a Notice of Infringement. To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, you will need to provide us with the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or clear description of the materials allegedly being infringed upon);

Bad Faith Notices.
